The Ramsey City Planning Commission approved the above plans (click on the image to make it larger) and they are recommending to the City Council that we be approved to receive an “Interim Use Permit” so we can expand our rental space. The City Council meets on Tuesday, January 26th and hopefully following their discussion and vote on the issue we will indeed receive the IUP and then can apply for the necessary “building permit” and then deconstruction and construction can begin. As soon as we have the IUP in hand we can sign a new lease with Sharp and Associates and begin moving into the part of the new space (up front) that is ready for occupancy. Again, we need many people to be part of this new project – volunteers to help pack and move, volunteers to help with deconstruction and clean up, etc. PLEASE WATCH THE BULLETIN AND WEEKLY EMAILS FOR DETAILS ABOUT VOLUNTEERING.

Moving Under One Roof

The Parish Pastoral Council made the recommendation to Father Paul, last Thursday evening, to move our parish under one roof. We will be combining the present space, Suite G, with Suite F next door. The exact date is not known because we have to receive the appropriate city approval and it will necessitate some minor construction. Watch here for all the details.
